If you select "Authenticator App" as your preferred Multi-Factor authentication method you will be able to use a third party tool like those provided by Google or Microsoft to perform the authentication.

1. Choose and download your selected Authenticator App.

2. Click on Create New Key to generate the key you will use to pair the app with QuoteWerks.

3. You will be asked to confirm the new key generation. This will update the key and QR code used to pair the applications and cannot be undone.

4. Your QR code and key will be displayed as shown below.

5.  In your Authenticator application (Microsoft Authenticator shown below) click on Scan a QR code. Other application may ask you for your key instead.

6. Once you scan the QR code your application will provide a rotating code that can be used for MFA authentication in QuoteWerks Web.

As seen below, the Two-Factor Authentication Code must now be provided to log on to QuoteWerks Web for that user.
