Select the Tools -> Options menu, then select Field Links tab.

Users can map Custom Product fields to pull non standard field information from a product database into QuoteWerks. The Field Links tab controls which Custom fields are sent to the document from the product data source. By default these are all selected. Only in rare cases would one want to deselect these as it would cause the selected Custom field(s) to not be pulled from the product data source into QuoteWerks.
