Important:   Please note the Professional or Corporate Edition of QuoteWerks is required to integrate with Zoho.

1. To configure your Zoho integration in QuoteWerks Web navigate to the Setup > CRM Integrations page. Select Zoho CRM from the drop-down list and then click on Zoho CRM to open the Zoho CRM Integrations page.

 

2. Select Integrations Settings.

 

 

3. You will be prompted, if not done so already, to establish a connection between Zoho CRM and QuoteWerks. You can do this by navigating to Setup > My Preferences > Contact Manager. Click on Manage User Access to Zoho.

 

 

4. Click Request User Access to Zoho. This will bring you to the Zoho Sign in page. Log in using your Zoho credentials.

 

 

If your connection is successful you will be directed to a page that looks like the one below.

 

 

5. Click on Retrieve Access Token, then Test Connection. If the connection has been established successfully you will see Status = CONNECTED.

 

 

6. Navigate back to Setup > CRM Integrations > Zoho CRM and click on Integration Settings.

 

 

7. The Integrations Settings page has 2 sub-pages: Account and Deals.

 

The Account tab allows you to Re-Request User Access to Zoho CRM, Clear User Credentials, or Test the Connection.

 

Deals

 

 

Completion of deal to "Won"

QuoteWerks provides you with the flexibility to control when a deal created by QuoteWerks in Zoho will be converted to a completed deal (won).  The Zoho Deal can be completed by QuoteWerks when converting to an order (File -> Convert to Order menu), an invoice (File -> Convert to Invoice menu), or Never.  

Never means QuoteWerks will never attempt to "win" the deal, the deal will need to be manually updated within Zoho.  This provides a greater level of control for sales managers or administrators who would prefer to manually win the deals from within Zoho rather than have QuoteWerks automatically close them.

Use Profit Amount vs. Sale Amount in Deal

When QuoteWerks creates a deal in Zoho, this option lets you specify whether or to use the profit or sale amount of the quote to be entered in the deal.

Update Zoho Deal name with Document name

This option will carry over the QuoteWerks document name to the Zoho Deal name.

Deal Pipeline

If you have Pipelines enabled in Zoho CRM,  this drop down allow you to set the default Pipeline for the Deal Create/Update window.  Zoho Pipelines are Deal Layout specific.

Write Products into Deal

If you have this checked products will be ported into the Zoho system when a deal is created.

Misc

The misc section allows you to map the Zoho field to QuoteWerks that you would like to use for the Manufacturer Part Number. Additionally, you have the option to test this connection by selecting Test Connection.

 

8. Once all other steps have been completed, you can move onto the DataLink Setup.
