NewEtilize Search Behavior -- In QuoteWerks Desktop when you search for something using Etilize it will auto-highlight the first result and if auto-retrieve pricing is enabled it will search and pull in the real-time price. In QuoteWerks Web it will show the result but you have to click on the actual result in order to search for pricing and then you can add it to the quote. Makes for more clicks. FixIn the Open Document Window, DocDate and Last Modified are displaying incorrect values] - In the Open Document Window in QuoteWerks Web, the 'Last Modified' field is displaying UTC+0 time, regardless of the location of the installation (this value does not match the value on the 'Notes' tab of the quote, which displays the modified UTC value). The DocDate field is displaying what looks to be the day before the document was created, which does not reflect the value on the Sale Info tab of the document.7/21/2020Released

Fix'New' button allows users to create a new blank document even if access rights explicitly deny it] - In QuoteWerks Desktop (and QWW), if a user has the 'CannotCreateNewQuoteDocuments' (or Order or Invoice), the correct values are removed from File > New and the dropdown on the New button - however, if the user clicks the 'New' button on the button ribbon, QuoteWerks will create a new document of the default type. Additionally, a user can open an existing document, and using File > Duplicate, create a new document of the forbidden types.7/21/2020Released

FixEtillize Panel] -- Several issues going on in Etilize. Most stemming from Favorites and Workspace. If you are on your favorites and you click on an item and then try select/add nothing happens. FixConnectWise Recurring Item Date Default] -- When using the ConnectWise integration and using Monthly Recurring items the start date of the recurring item must be after the close date of the opportunity or an error will occur. In QuoteWerks Desktop this is accounted for automatically. Thus if you create a quote with a monthly recurring item and leave the dates blank the system will autofill the start date as the day after the close date and thus it will then not error. In QuoteWerks Web this is not accounted for and an error is produced. If you do choose right dates for the line then it does work as expected.7/13/2020Released
FixUsers are reporting that product folders are not being properly recognized in QuoteWerks Web, whereas they populate without issue in desktop. It seems to stem from an import being done that accounts for folder names, but begins those entires with a forward slash (desktop interprets this properly while QWW does not). Additionally, if folders are initially present in QuoteWerks Web and a folder is modified/deleted in dekstop, the issue arises as well.7/13/2020Released

FixIn QuoteWerks Desktop, when you upload to QuoteValet and then in the upload window click to email the customer to view quote on QuoteValet, a PDF copy of the quote is attached to the selected CRM. In QWW, it does not appear to do this. The work around is to just click the "Save PDF to CRM", as that feature does indeed work. FixIn the ConnectWise integration we are creating Sales Orders for products, service tickets for service types, and agreements for agreement types. When you have one of each on the quote and then save it will send to the opportunity correctly. However, when you win the opportunity it does give appropriate pop-ups for each type Agreement, and ticket and you get indiction of the SO being created.
